My Creations

Whenever I can give a moment of joy to old and young alike, I feel that my profession must be the best in the world. Whenever I am able to bring sensations of simplicity, Mediterranean warmth and tradition that I have always lived and breathed to life.


My creations come to life in the peaceful hills of Tramonti, bathed in the Mediterranean sun of the Amalfi Coast. They pay homage to the exceptional produce of my land and the South of Italy: the golden amalfi lemons, sweet apples, Giffoni walnuts, ricotta cheese from Tramonti,citrus fruits from Campania, tomatoes from San Marzano.
