Among the many products for which Salvatore
De Riso is famous, there is a special place for

his famous limoncello babà, all richly decorated
with lemon leaves and fresh fruit.
His “Dolce d’Amalfi” and famous “Ricotta and pear” cake have quickly

pastry. The “Dolce d’Amalfi” is a product imbued with the scents and colours

The “Ricotta and pear” cake is a fine balance of fine ingredients: ricotta
